CERATON is made from ceramic fibers bonded in thermosetting resins and exhibits superior strength, long life and no clogging compared to ordinary polishing stones. Suitable for all kinds of equipment like ultrasonic machines, air tools and also good by hand polishing.
Grit size: #180, #250, #280: To remove the rough machining surface or hard EDM scale of tool and die steels.
Grit size: #360, #400, #500: General lapping of finer surface scratch line of tool & die steels.
Grit size: #700, #1000, #1200: Fine polishing & finishing.
Ø3.0mm: Can be used like grinding point (max. length 50mm), or by sharpening it for detail lapping.
